Thank you for using e-Boks. In this update, we introduce e-Boks ID and e-Boks Age Verification – your new, simple, and secure digital identities directly on your mobile. e-Boks ID lets you easily and securely log in to other services, while the age verification allows you to confirm your age while staying anonymous. Both credentials can be used online and in person – for picking up packages, accessing nightlife, or making age-restricted purchases. You can find both in your new e-Wallet in the app – activate them today and get started.

Unfortunately, the update caused this problem for some, and we apologise for that. We have fixed it in the latest version, which you can update to now in the App Store.

Review scamming

Don’t trust the reviews. They ask users if they like the app and if they don’t, they don’t ask for a review. If they do, a review pop up appears. This is against App Store rules and should be banned.

This app and e-Boks in general make life easier, when you are proficient using modern apps. I can imagine that elder persons may struggle with this e-world in general and may require support.
