E-Yugam Fleet

Here’s E-Yugam Fleet – E-Yugam’s order delivery and tracking app E-Yugam promises to be the One Marketplace for both products (goods) and services. The E-Yugam marketplace blends transactional capability of an online marketplace with collaborative features of social media. E-Yugam sellers aka business users may list their products and / or services in catalogue. Sellers who sell physical goods on E-Yugam that require delivery, and tracking may do so with the E-Yugam Fleet app that enables order assignment, pickup, delivery and tracking. The E-Yugam Fleet app allows businesses to deliver directly to the consumers using their own delivery riders or opt for delivery services from E-Yugam platform soon. Currently, sellers may onboard their own fleet of delivery riders on the E-Yugam. Once onboard, the seller may assign deliverable orders or return pickups to their riders. Delivery riders get a notification when a deliverable order or a return pick up is assigned to them. Delivery riders may login to E-Yugam Fleet and view the deliverable orders assigned to them. Order pickup and customer's delivery locations are displayed in a user-friendly map. Riders are expected to pick up the order from their store and follow the map to the customer's location. When delivered, the rider may obtain an OTP from the ordering customer. The ordering customer gets an OTP on the registered mobile. This OTP is shared with the rider who can input the same on their E-Yugam Fleet app. Successful authentication of the OTP is essential to mark the order as delivered.
