打开后各种权限都给了，提示服务器解析错误！且网络错误，客服都无法联系。（各种联网定位权限都给了）

第一次坏，没电关机打不开上不了高速，说是太阳能板坏了不能充电，不能用！找etc的说让我找建行，建行的让我找etc，僵持不下，我花钱补了一个新的，没用两天，又不能上高速了，提示设备已拆卸，要重新激活，每激活一次，只能在高速上一次下一次，再用又要激活，让我反复激活，非常不方便！每次都是在etc车道不能用，堵着一堆车开始倒车，每次都被其他车骂！！！后面我投诉了几次，才告诉我激活超过3次就不行了，要重新安装，好，装了以后还是不行，激活一次只能用一次，又说激活次数多了就要不成了，现在注销还说我违约，恶意损坏！装在那里动都不动，我恶意个锤子！垃圾设备！

乱七八糟的系统

高速公路的ETC收费系统经过了一段多系统整合的黑历史，而我的ETC注销业务就发生在这一时间，邮寄回他们公司的设备现在无信息，半年了也没给注销，客服只记录信息并反馈回一条利用本软件来处理的短消息，可惜这软件也无能为力。
