Useless app half of the time doesnt move stays stuck
Pathetic app, doesnt work at all never shows connected clients always 0 and moreover takes decades to connect to router

These damn things never stay connected to eachother. I don’t know how many times I have to reset them and they’re in a house that’s no bigger than 1500 sq ft. Smh. Never again

At sure! It helps me to track users and interactive ui makes my work easier.
Mesh Router sucks
I need to restart all of them every 2 weeks or they stop working. Drop outs when going from one room to another
Add existing network
Please add the ability to add a working network to the account. Cannot do it.
Not great
Can work but cuts out for no apparent reason. It’s not very wysiwyg either despite the soft color pallet of the interface.
Rubbish
Constant dropouts requiring rebooting. The extenders come and go by themselves. Can’t separate 2.4 & 5.0 for specific devices.

Hi, when an router goes offline , and then comes back online the app does not automatically update the status , very bad , needs updating as it is 2 years old

I followed the instructions and hard to get connected, after all the struggle finally connected but after 2 months all my extender is disconnected and I must start from beginning, now I already spend almost 2 hours just 1 extender connected

You still have to login to the router from a browser to actually manage it. The few settings available in the app are difficult to find.

M-15 difficult to use
Using the M-15 mesh devices. First, the mobile device app doesn’t follow the same process as outlined in the instructions and the online video. The devices are great when they work, but I’ve had to reset them to factory specs on numerous occasions because they quit for no apparent reason. Also, when using the app to set them up, the process must be performed several ties before it is successful.
