Fine Rental, Very Misleading Membership
The rental experience itself was fine, but the EagleRider Club membership structure is extremely misleading.
The pricing is advertised as “$49 per month for silver ,” which strongly implies a cancellable monthly subscription. In reality, it is a locked 12-month contract that cannot be canceled once started. I only used the membership once and immediately tried to cancel, only to find out I was committed for the entire year.
This is not transparent pricing and feels intentionally designed to confuse customers. If you are considering the Club membership, read every line carefully — it is not flexible at all.
I would not recommend the membership unless you are 100% sure you need a full year.

Stunned to see the app updated!
I am glad to see EagleRider finally back to rebuild this app. The design is simple and clean. Booking process is easy and straight forward. Searching bikes near my location is helpful! The app still didn’t give option to go to deals or membership pages but I think they are working on them. I can’t wait to see future improvements from the app.
