eagle Saver is a joke

If EagleSaver wants to save it reputation, and it’s business, it needs to fire whoever is involved with IT development. The web version and the app versions are a complete joke. It makes me think that the IT developers are purposely sabotaging this company.

Scanner is worthless on my iPhone.

Scanner is worthless on my iPhone. It’s slow freezes up and takes forever to scan one upc code. Also it’s told me no price on a cd but when I go to the website type in the code I was given an amount. Not worth the time for a cd under 20 cents.

So many flaws, where to start!?

It’s too good to be true.

First off, the app constantly crashes, either between scans or the scanner freezes.

Some of the items input don’t recognize the barcodes
(UPC/ISBN). If first tells you it’s unavailable, then it gives you the true quoted price.

Their TOS explains items must be a minimum of $10.00 or greater, and the average value per item must be $0.50. However if you meet these requirement, and submit to sell, a prompt tells you the average value per item must be $0.65.

This is commonly known as bait-and-switch. Please report this to the BBB.

Waste of time

I should have read the previous reviews first. I also spent hours typing the UPC codes from all my CDs (the scanner doesn’t work). After spending a lot of time ‘thinking’, EagleSaver accepted only like 10% of my CDs, but I was still happy to get rid of some. However, at the end if said it only accepted CDs for a minimum average of $0.65, so it was all a big waste of time..

Worthless

Not only did this app not find any of the DVDs I scanned, it couldn’t find any of the Blu-rays either. Every single barcode not found.

App Scanner Issues

Not worth the effort to "scan" 'cause app scanner doesn't work. Plus their security is horrid BIG red flag they email you your password - the whole password in your welcome email - like that isn't an invitation to have accounts hacked.

Scanner doesn’t work

Scanner doesn’t work no matter what I try. No help in app or on website

Ewwww

That’s it, just EWWWW!!! If you want $0.27 per Blu Ray then go for it. DVDs I believe they make you pay. What a scam joke dumb dumb

Horrible app

Poorly made scanner and confusing minimum requirements

Terrible

Scanner is awful, takes forever. And then, after scanning stuff for 45 minutes it gives me a warning about low value! Why isn’t this told up front?

Great Scanner but

The scanner works very fast. I enjoy the way this app works. However, I had already scanned 25 items before it told me I needed to delete them because it was below average.

Lying gets

They are more rotten thieves
Then true working ppl.
A monkey can do a batter job then this inbreed losers.

Eagle saver
Get off this site you losers

Bad app

1. The scanner doesn’t recognize books and I had to manually type in a lot. 2. The system is really old and inconvenient 3. After all my hard work it told me I didn’t have enough stuff.

Useless , waste of time

after scanning tons of CDs, it got to the end and said they have to be worth 75¢ each to be sold!!! Then why do they even value them at 10¢ anyway? Useless piece of crap.

Last Minute Reminder

I was halfway though with processing all of my dvds when it tells me last minute that the minimum average is $0.75 or greater. It should’ve warned me with the first ineligible one instead of me wasting thirty minutes of my time typing the UPC. It’s already bad enough that the app’s scanner rarely works. Decluttr is definitely the better choice.

Horrible System- Sell Elsewhere

After scanning all of my CDs, I got to a decent lump sum payment for the total. Then the system said my minimum average per CD was below $0.75 and I had to remove all the lower priced CDs from the cart. What a waste of time- they are setting the price! Also the scanner does not work nearly as fast or well as the one on ‘Decluttr’. I wound up selling all of my CDs, DVDs and IPhone to ‘Decluttr’. They don’t make you go through the whole rigamarole of trying to balance your cart like Eagle Saver does. What you scan, they pay regardless of minimum average. For items like CDs, most people sell in a lot so that the smaller price paid per item is worth it. Go to Decluttr instead!

They didn’t pay

I sent in items per the app. They received them and did not pay or respond to emails asking for an update. I do not recommend these people.

Rip off

They don’t deserve even one star. I sent them over $200 dollars worth of merchandise and they didn’t give me a cent. They don’t return your calls or emails and you can not get a hold of them. The only thing they are good at is making sure they get your products and then refuse to give you anything for it

Crap

Rubbish, don’t even bother using

Terrible site, just a scam

If you are looking for the best price for your items, do not use this site. They are a bunch of liars who screw over their customers. I was supposed to get $100 for a huge box of movies I sold to them, and got $70 back. I take excellent care of my movies and they were in perfect condition. This site is a scam and they will rip you off!!! They do not pay you what they say they will! There was no excuse for shorting me $30. Last time I will ever trust them with my items. Bring your movies to a pawn shop, you’ll get way better prices and they won’t screw you over.
