Trash company
This company over charges your account and then when you file a issue they never call back. Got charged 1000$ over my monthly contract. I didn’t want them after the mess ups after the first 2 weeks of issues. Now I’m stuck in a 12 month contract and they won’t let me out of it.

Reports are a square or 2 off a lot and the price is kinda expensive for the inaccurate information
Saving options
This app works pretty well for field work, but it needs to save preferences. It’s not a lot of work, but having to reset all my preferences every time I log in is highly time consuming and frustrating, especially when I might navigate away from the app and come back. When I do that, it logs me back in but resets everything again.

Can’t even sign up for an account
I’ve tried 20 times to sign up for an account . Ive even tried forgot password and it prompts me that the app has found the email and has sent a reset password email . ???? Under that message it Gives you a number to call if you don’t receive the reset password email .. if you can’t even format your app for people to make an account how can people even use it ?

Why is this become so high? Obviously it can be done at a cheaper rate like the years that passed? Ripping hard working roofers off. Sad days when a company becomes greedy. Guess I'll look at other options.

You’ll need to use iPad. They have known about this for 1-2 years and haven’t come up with a solution.

The roof report is pretty accurate but every time I put something in the notes they don’t do it. For example, I have a customer that needs a new main roof, but I put in the notes don’t include the front porch roof and they still do which then I have to measure myself because they simply don’t follow the notes.

We have o Lu used this 2 times and so far has been great! Really wish they had a membership option.

Been using EagleView for many years and had great well rounded calculated results for all my roofing needs. Plus it has saved me the headache of dealing with indecisive clients and saving me drive time getting measurements just to do bids.

For the amount for premium orders you would think the photos would at least show the pipe jacks and roof penetrations clearer.
