No wages accessible
This app uses geotracking which is ridiculous. We switched to Netchex months ago and I haven’t had a single accessible wage. I got my $10 referral and that was last month. I’ve been emailing with our HR department and a support agent and nothing has been resolved. After reading reviews, I can see why. If your job is thinking of switching to Netchex, advise them not to. We’ve had nothing but issues from several employees.

Absolutely trash
I work a full-time job 40+ hours a week and whenever I need to borrow from the airport I log into it after my shift and the balance is always zero sometimes the balance has zero for more than a month even after I’ve worked every day consistently getting extremely tired of being told 3 to 5 business days for response or to reach out to the support team and they get back to you as slow as possible I don’t know why companies pair with this app when it’s not reliable what good is it being referred for you to have for your job if you can’t use it when you need it I wish I could give this at zero stars because at this point I’m ready to uninstall!!!!

Cannot login
This app is horrible i already have an netchex account had one for over 5years it allows me to sign into my account just to take me back to the menu asking me to sign in again its a never ending process app doesn’t even work it tells me i already created an account but wont let me sign in just says checking authentication then makes me sign in again for same outcome.

Makes no sense.
I click “login with netchex account” I type in my account login and password. It then says “account already exists, please login”. That’s literally what I’m doing. I’m on the login screen not the create an account screen.

I have had nothing but issues with this app. And I have attempted contact with the email they provide and I have gotten absolutely no response from this team for over a month of emails. Absolutely nothing.

Downloaded this app via a link in my Netchex app, and it is completely inaccessible. Gives me options to sign in with my Netchex acct, or create an account, but no matter which option I select it just takes me back to the sign in page. If I select create an account, it tells me my account already exists. This app is just a waste of time and storage space, avoid it!

My employer recently changed to Netchex so when I got the email about this app I was honestly excited since things have been going rough with the switch but I have been trying for 3 days to access this account I so say already have but to no avail I still can’t get in

This app sucks I never get my advance and when I chat with rep they say the same thing every time. Do you have you location on have you took a leave of absence or changed job position blah blah blah. If I clock in and out the hours should be updated automatically what is the problem
