Horrible
I wish I could give 0 stars. Thank goodness I’m not an hourly employee!! It takes 15 -20 min to clock in everyday. Constant glitches. Buffers constantly then crashes. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling and tried with and without wifi and on different devices. Still the same!! Garbage.
Constant glitches
This app is horrible. Hourly employees constantly lose time or have to have their time corrected because the app consistently freezes and glitches for several minutes at a time when trying to clock in. This app is trash. A punch clock would be more efficient than this junk. I would give 0 stars if I could.

What’s With this App?
Every time I try to login to see if I can take money, it brings me right back to the login screen. It’s been doing this for a week.
One of the worst apps for HR I’ve ever used
You know you’re going to have a terrible outcome when even the login experience is dreadful. It’s the first time I’ve struggled to do the simplest tasks needed. Don’t both with Netchex, choose anything else.
Good app!
This app has improved a lot. So helpful and easy to be able to log in on my phone and clock in and out and check my pay stubs.
