Constant glitches
This app is horrible. Hourly employees constantly lose time or have to have their time corrected because the app consistently freezes and glitches for several minutes at a time when trying to clock in. This app is trash. A punch clock would be more efficient than this junk. I would give 0 stars if I could.

One of the worst apps for HR I’ve ever used
You know you’re going to have a terrible outcome when even the login experience is dreadful. It’s the first time I’ve struggled to do the simplest tasks needed. Don’t both with Netchex, choose anything else.

This app has improved a lot. So helpful and easy to be able to log in on my phone and clock in and out and check my pay stubs.

Very frustrating
The app shows a blank screen around 80% of the time. Constantly closing and reopening it, then signing back in, has become a normal part of using it.

Super easy to use, I don’t have to navigate through numerous different pages/menus to do things. Lots of nice modern features too, the AI chat is actually helpful for answering questions (unlike others I have used). There’s a lot of old negative reviews, but it seems like those issues have been fixed, I haven’t had any of those issues
