Could not complete identity verification. Face verification would not do anything. Tried to contact support and that would not work either.

As soon as I deposited money and bought btc my account was put back in review for identity verification stating in 48 hrs it should be complete now it’s day 13-14 and I still can’t do jack with the money in the account I just want my money back
