Wouldn’t accept my phone number
It’s a legit USA cell phone number. Works in all the other rideshare apps. Rejected it as invalid in the first step of the signup procedure. Fix, please.
Didn’t they go out of business?
This company has a identity crisis . They try to be Uber/lyft a package/food delivery service. Transportation for special needs all with what 8 cars. Are they a Ev company or do they use Tesla . Who knows . They hire anyone. won’t listen to employees that have been doing rideshare longer than this company is/was around . It’s a great concept but with 8 cars and no way to get more or maintenance them. And when one of your drivers wrecks a car well you have no replacement and it takes Tesla a long time to repair .

Consistently Wonderful
Earth Ride has become my official go-to rideshare service! The cars are clean, the drivers are professional, and I feel a lot safer knowing that all drivers are company employees (and vetted/tracked by Earth Rides). I’ve never had anything less than a wonderful experience!
