Auto load money is bad design

Auto load money feature are so easy to trigger, really bad design, at least add some confirmation step.

Don’t download

You can just tap to pay on all of their busses, you don’t need it and it’s terrible. Tried to load $20 on and accidentally ordered a card, when my card got here it said insufficient funds. Complete waste of time and money

Update

I find this app very useful. But, the time of the bus at the schedule is not correct. Everyday I check the Bus6 time. It show that the bus is arriving at 7:15am, for example. Then I check at the google what time it is. Oning and it is always late. On Sunday it is terrible. The bus doesn’t appear on time.
