I find this app very useful. But, the time of the bus at the schedule is not correct. Everyday I check the Bus6 time. It show that the bus is arriving at 7:15am, for example. Then I check at the google what time it is. Oning and it is always late. On Sunday it is terrible. The bus doesn’t appear on time.

Would be great, if it worked

Trash! I downloaded the app, made an account, created password, and at first sign it, it immediately began giving me error messages.

Got a new phone? It marks your card as stolen

I missed the bus today because when I tried to use my card after having replaced my phone, it automatically marked my card as stolen. This was extremely frustrating. Wasted another hour of my time just because of some cruel red tape. Wouldn’t feel so bad if there were more frequent buses than every hour.

For what it’s worth, customer service was understanding and kind. They had me delete and recreate my account and transferred over the balance. But… why do you have to do all that?

Aside from that, the app is okay. Would be better if wego’s implementation just had tap to pay or if it was like San Fran BaRT where you just create from apple wallet.

Impossible to use

Created a pass and loaded money, but can’t use it on a bus. No instructions and no help desk.

Doesn’t work half the time - bugs still need fixed

If you aren’t signed in good luck signing in!! Even clicked forgot password and was trying for 24hrs to have them send an email to reset it and it just continues to load or says no connection. It’s frustrating cause you need the app to ride the bus.

Pointless because can’t load funds

Won’t let me add a credit card to load funds. I’ve tried multiple cards and checked the inputs 100 times and it never works. Useless app.

Logged out to see if that helps and now can’t even log back in.

Please fix it

No matter what I do I am unable to load money onto the app, that’s kinda the whole point, and for that reason I’m out

No Apple Pay. Should be much easier to use!

Setting up an account is needlessly difficult. I’d it really necessary to provide 3 security questions/answers? Setting up a credit card is also more work than most apps or web sites. Overall, the same data is requested multiple times. Allow 20 minutes to set up. Also, you can only add value in $5 increments. The only option for a tourist is to buy a day pass, even for a single ride.

My app hasn’t worked for a whole month

Problems

I’ve just recently started using the bus & I decided to download the app because it could’ve been more convenient. It’s been 2 days since trying to sign up & get a card but every time I get to the security questions & go to save, it keeps saying “Error index was out of range”. I’d really like to know what’s the issue with that.

Really slow onboarding

One of the most clunky sign up processes I’ve ever experienced in an app lately, good grief. By the time I’d finished I’d missed the blimmin’ bus

Not saving my credit card

Spent all day trying to save my credit card so I could purchase funds for my travels. Not a chance. Neither on the app nor online. This app hasn’t been updated for over a year, I raised my request for support, will it even be read?

Like using an app from the iPhone 3 days

No auto complete support at all. No support for iOS password management. No support for Apple Pay. No support for autocomplete from Apple saved credit cards. Watch your bus go by while typing in two dozen things letter by letter.

Set up is a major hassle

Don’t try to set this up at the last minute, as it took at least 30 minutes to go through a variety of (largely unnecessary) steps to set up an account, add a card, and actually get funds added. For mysterious reasons, the developers have not integrated the app with Apple Pay or even used standard iPhone app approaches for dealing with adding credit card info, so you have to type in all your info manually. Now that I’m through initial set up hassles and have added funds to my card, I’m ready to try it out. However, I really wonder how many people who could be using buses in Nashville give up on this because of the poor set up design of this app.

Sign up, says password not valid, says it’s emailing me instructions and they never arrive. Deleted for the 4th and final time.

Really Poor Effort

Can’t have multiple passes on a device, old passes with a remaining balance aren’t accessible, fare information hard to find, input forms poorly designed and don’t allow copy and paste, etc. Really bad mobile app that prevents citizens using the transit system efficiently.
