Slow but not bad
This is a good app, but it is slow to login and do anything like go to different parts of the app it takes a while to load and doesn’t have features like budgeting and stuff like that
Constant Crashes
I love the bank but their mobile app is awful. Half the time I can’t log in because it says “unable to validate credentials” 70% of the time. They need to fix their bugs on login. That’s been the main problem and sometimes you can’t log in past midnight for i don’t know what reason. It’s like I’m in grade school and the grounded me from seeing my bank accounts.

Can’t sign in
It keeps popping up a message about a security breach but I can’t still login online to access my bank. Please fix this issue immediately
App is broken on specific phone
Main phone keeps getting an error has occurred please call for assistance once deleting the app and redownloading it lets me back in but after closing the error comes back. But when I use a different phone perfectly fine. Pretty broken app atm

I have banking with Earthmovers for over 20 years. Great service and people!
Online banking is terrible
I love the bank but their online banking is terrible. For the longest time I wasn’t able to access the app after 11pm at night. Currently, the app consistently crashes and often times says my device is not compatible although the app is up to date and I have the latest iOS. I’ve considered changing banks because of this. Please fix the app crashes or I will be finding another bank.

payment due listed incorrect
i pay my credit card every two weeks but as of today in the app it constantly says i owe $1040 and sets that to my automatically pay amount when its not that amount.
App needs work
I’ve had this bank since I had my very first job at 17. Back then, it seemed to have very accurate information. It would let me know the correct amount I owe on my cc. It would let me know if I had any overdrafts or anything of that matter. But lately it hasn’t been telling me anything. Plus, I can’t Zelle out of this mobile banking app. Which is a huge use in my life. I’ve looked everywhere for Zelle to be on the app. And I cannot seem to find a way to transfer money to someone else’s account. Every time I click on external transfers, I get taken to an error message. The app always has glitches too. Even when login, it’s never a swift process. I heavily rely on the Zelle app itself, but with it being taken away in march of 2025, I now need to find another bank that allows Zelle.

Some issues
I appreciate the app being available and what it is for a smaller local credit union, but why is it down so often? Multiple times a week when I go to log in I get that “call 1-800” pop up and I have to wait a few hours or until the next day just to view my own bank account info. It’s very frustrating at times. AND every time it happens it turns off my Face ID setting so whenever I get back in I have to go turn it back on, multiple times a week. If it just signed me in normal every time I want to sign in, it would be a 5 star app.

Delay in updating account transactions
Payments made to credit card have a delay of over 5 days to post

Logging in.
I have tried several times to log in and get nowhere. It tells me of a new app and I can get no farther. What happened to the old method where you gave your user name and password. I am ready to close the accounts and bank elsewhere.
Poor service
This is a difficult credit union to work with in the beginning it was very easy I have now been with them for a little over four years and it seems to be harder and harder to get things done I’ve had a secure credit card for those four years and they still will not allow me to get an unsecured one and I will not go into how I’m treated with my checking and saving

Logging in
Yup cant even log in... very very annoying
needs an update asap
this app was amazing just before this update. it keeps giving me an error message that does not let me log in because my phone was jailbroken in the past. i tried reseting the phone but still same message.
Why not?

Can not open App after latest IPhone update
As of today (9-17-2020) I can no longer access this app. I don’t know if it’s due to the latest iPhone update or maybe this app is just down as of today. But this is an inconvenience to say the least. So, if you guys have to update your app, please do so. Because I’ve deleted it and Re downloaded it a million times it seems. And it still won’t open.

Bad functionality
I forgot my password to my acc so i sent my email to get a recovery 10 times and each time no email has been sent to me very dissatisfied.
Lack of help to make the customer happy
Always have a problem with my card and online banking . Gets declined at the atm and when I order something all the time and that’s bad. Definitely not keeping me for long
