Awful and not really an app
This is vastly inferior to seesaw. It’s also not an app that can do anything. It just provides links to external web pages. The ui is lacking in every department and is not fit for purpose. Further more the fact that they want us to pay for this service is unbelievable. Any school choosing this should look elsewhere as it’s not fit for purpose and putting yet another financial burden on parents if they want to be able to download pictures. Poorly thought out and poorly executed. Yes another company promising schools a service they can’t deliver

Nothing really new to add apart from there is a lag between teachers uploading pictures and them actually appearing. Links on the website (again this isn’t an app) advising click here to see a link to an image record so not work.
Again extreme poor and seesaw is VASTLY SUPERIOR!

Terrible user experience
The user experience is terrible.
Once logged into the app everything opens in a browser window inside the app. As soon as you click anything a browser window opens.
The user interface is very dated and difficult to use.
When you click to view a photo it is only displayed on 50% of the screen with the entire right side, rather than placing the “buy image” button underneath the image.
There are really basic layout issues in the user interface such as missing padding on elements, buttons that overlap with images etc.
Considering that this product has been around for several years it appears that no one is interested in maintaining or improving the core functionality (which is very basic). There is really no excuse to not improve the gallery and timeline views as there really aren’t many elements to update. I can only assume that this app/web UI isn’t being actively developed.
On signup passwords are sent in the welcome email in plain text, a gigantic security 101 no no.
Note to the developers. It would cost next to nothing to get a designer to improve these screens and have a developer update the front end. Also in a mobile app it’s easy to embed a web view without opening a browser window.

Need reviewing
Not working and not easy to use. Really need an update with reviewing feedback from both parents and teachers understanding why the app are not easy to use, and what refrain them to use it.
Bad start
The app keeps on crashing, it’s as if it hasn’t even been through phase 1 testing
