The app keeps scanning my face over and over to log in but won’t successfully work. Worthless app

It won’t let you sign in and crashes at the very beginning, this app is no where near useful or worth the download
Can’t login
I can’t login without a team name and when I ask it to send me the team name I get a link to login on the browser. I have no problem logging I ti the browser but I can’t login on the app at all.
No benefits information displayed
I am my company’s HR and Benefits Administrator and for OE I invited my employees to download the app for quick access to their benefits info and ID cards. Well, I have the app installed on my iOS device and it says I’m currently NOT enrolled in any benefits. I know I am because I manage them. Ease works with big payroll platforms and cannot get their app working?

App showing I am not enrolled in any benefits
Not sure what happened but the app is now nonstop displaying that I am not enrolled in any benefits but when I log in on PC website it's all good. I also double checked with my employer to make sure everything is alright there. Tried logging out and in didn't change anything
