Used to be annoying, now simply unusable
Before about a week ago, the app was useful but annoying. On a random schedule, it would require a text message verification. (And since they use a non-standard format, it can’t be auto-filled by iOS.) Now, nearly every time the app is launched, a complete sign-in process is required. Name, password, verification. It turned annoying into gouging-my-eyes-out frustration.

The worst
I hate this program so much! I am forced to use it by the company I work for. I have had to uninstall and reinstall this program three times in two years because it glitches. I would push clock in and out but would have to push over and over just to get it to take the punch. I would punch in, it will say that it accepted the punch but, when I go to clock out at the end of the day, it says I’m not clocked in. This new glitch is that it forces me to set up face recognition Every. Single. Time. I tell it to remember me. It doesn’t. Hate it!

Won’t hold Face ID setup
I’m using an iPhone. Since this update, I have to manually type in my username and password every time I login, and despite setting up the Face ID, it won’t remember it and keeps asking me to set it up again. Very frustrating!!!
