Can’t check time off
Suddenly can’t check my time off inside the app and on the website.
AGAIN- Stop pushing updates without testing first.
Is it seriously this hard to create a good payroll app? Two weeks ago y’all broke the cache, requiring 2FA every time the app is opened. Now the ability to update punches is completely broken with only a broken paragraph about how AI can help me update my punches. In what world would I need AI to determine the time I walked in and out of work? I would have been fired ages ago if I pushed to production like you guys do.

App glitches
App needs major improvement when it comes to the Time and attendance. Numerous app glitches, missed punches even tho employee clicks in or out. Not worth the extra money to have a service that I still have to do manually.

Obviously started caring more about their own bottom line because it doesn’t work at work, huge delay, failure to load, etc. oh and the app does the same thing. Maybe get yourself straight before trying to take on more you can handle.

Since they have been doing this maintenance or whatever they are doing. I’m having to redownload it or restart the phone or say I forgot password and it still won’t let me access it. Very frustrating

I HATE THIS APP
The app is terrible. I would never use it if I didn’t HAVE to through work. While they do have great benefits, and seemingly is all in one app for Work Hours, PayStubs, W2, Scheduling, Insurance…… I feel it’s so unnecessary to have to enter a password, a Face ID AND to text code authentication just log in???? And no option to opt out of the EXCESSIVENESS of security. It literally takes me 20+ minutes just to load to the Dashboard.…. Which 50% of the time is white screen. Logging on to the app is literally the MOST DREADFUL part of my day.

App sucks
Every time I go to log on it takes years doesn’t matter how good of service I have or if I’m connected to WiFi it always takes 5mins plus to do anything on this app.

Having issues getting into Paychex it won’t correct itself. It just keeps saying that they’ll get someone with me as soon as possible. This is getting ridiculous

I’m not even joking this app is literally so trash I am like 70% percent sure they are just farming my information. App doesn’t even load half the documents I need to access until like 3-4 tried. Like if I didn’t have to use this app for work. I would have no other reason to have this bs on my phone
