More than 3 of us at work have problems logging in , BOT customer service only does a handful of of things . No human assistance , repeat NO human assistance .
Terrible.
This is the worst payroll app. The login process is such a pain, and when you ask to remember device or set up face id it never remembers. You have to go through the entire 2FA every single time. Lately, I’ve set up face ID 4 times, and it’s still not remembering. It is very slow to load anything. It doesn’t always register when you clock in or out either causing more work for our HR department. 0/10 would not recommend.

Used to be annoying, now simply unusable
Before about a week ago, the app was useful but annoying. On a random schedule, it would require a text message verification. (And since they use a non-standard format, it can’t be auto-filled by iOS.) Now, nearly every time the app is launched, a complete sign-in process is required. Name, password, verification. It turned annoying into gouging-my-eyes-out frustration.

The worst
I hate this program so much! I am forced to use it by the company I work for. I have had to uninstall and reinstall this program three times in two years because it glitches. I would push clock in and out but would have to push over and over just to get it to take the punch. I would punch in, it will say that it accepted the punch but, when I go to clock out at the end of the day, it says I’m not clocked in. This new glitch is that it forces me to set up face recognition Every. Single. Time. I tell it to remember me. It doesn’t. Hate it!

Won’t hold Face ID setup
I’m using an iPhone. Since this update, I have to manually type in my username and password every time I login, and despite setting up the Face ID, it won’t remember it and keeps asking me to set it up again. Very frustrating!!!

Slow. Super buggy app that constantly forgets your login settings. You have to set up Face ID every single time you login. It’s always been a pretty terrible app but has recently somehow gotten even worse.
No longer stores Face ID
Have to agree to cookies every time I open the app. Also makes me enter username, password, and 2FA every time I log in, even if I setup Face ID and remember my device. It’s like it doesn’t store any of those settings anymore.

Stop updating so much
You know, the average person only logged in once a week or twice a month when they get paid, right? We don’t need to update your app every single time we login which is what happens.

Not reliable
This app works half the time and the other half it doesn’t. Right now the face recognition doesn’t work and you have to set it up every time you log on! I’ve been very dissatisfied, but I’m forced to use it through my job.
Stop pushing updates without testing first.
Is it seriously this hard to create a good payroll app? Still better than UKG but it’s obnoxious for this app to work perfectly just for them to break it again a week later. Thank god my company doesn’t base tardiness on punches.

Horrible since it updated, have to log back it every time and verify device and so much lag.
Poor Interface
Completely logs me out each time. Doesn’t remember any of my log in details. Constantly requires me to put in a verification code. Even though I MARK THE BUTTON FOR REMEMBER INFO EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. This app is absolutely miserable.

App is broken
Refuses to save my credentials or Face ID, defaults to wrong employer, requires verification codes despite that setting being turned off. No technical support available in app or via company website.
