I visited this establishment today waited approximately 2 hours, while the manager at the desk fanning herself for approx 6 mins(I did record her) When my turn came I had an issue with my Insurance, I couldn’t get my declaration page, ok that’s fine I’ll pay for the insurance, but while I’m up there another guy comes up and too my surprise she didn’t ask him for his declaration page.. (shocking). I’ve rented from there several times but this time was horrible, she was hollering at people, just a nasty attitude. If she doesn’t know how to work with the public she needs to find a different job.

Had a great experienceI initially booked at hobby airport in Houston but got on the wrong schedule and ended up at George Bush got to EZ rent and my reservation was Hobby the people were GreatAnd help me immensely so I will be renting through EZ rent again

Downloaded this app because I saw an advertisement on the EasiRent website for “App-exclusive offers.” There are no offers to be seen. Will be deleting immediately.

App is stack right after launch "download and update stage"
When reinstalling the app it will say no internet available and it's stack again

App ok but why have you removed the facility to view prices that include relax zero cover?

This App does not work .
Don’t go to the trouble of downloading this app, it doesn’t work. Just throws out an error message about driver selection when trying to complete your booking.
Use another company with a working app or get the phone number for Easirent. The staff are helpful and you can book over the phone quite easily

You pay for what you get...
As many others would, when searching for a value rental vehicle, it quickly caught my attention how cheaper it would be renting with them... so didn’t hesitate to make the reservation... Well... to make a long story short:
1) Horrible customer service with Zero professionalism, and lack of care for the customers time.
2) False advertisement, stating that if we were not “local” we would get unlimited miles... well, apparently local to them is defined as the whole state..(Probably should had stated “State license holder” instead of using the word local). Oh.. and they claimed to be at the airport.. but they weren’t.. and is not like they have their own shuttle to come pick you up.. so have fun trying to locate them...!
3) Be ready (for that same last reason) to have $500 hold on your credit card.
4) The app... once I opened I quickly realized that I couldn’t do anything with it, since whoever designed it, decided to use white font letters with a white background... and that’s all I’m going to say about the app..
Seriously, pay the extra $9 per day, and go with Alamo, Budget, Enterprise, or any other dependable agency...

Worst renting experience
I tend to go with traditional rental companies. But on a recent trip to Miami a family member rented a car for me and my family as a gift. We encountered a disorganized office with poor customer service. On top of that no one answers the phones and the app and website are a mess. In the FLL airport this office is outside of the airport. So it takes a lot of effort to go in and out. Never again.

Be advised, very advised, this company fails to deliver / honour its bookings and promises.
