When I got to the rental counter, the price tripled for the car I rented (a basic car) without any warning! This rental company is only a money maker and not honest or upfront with the $ amount you will pay when you get to the car rental counter to pick up the car. I made sure to read over everything on the website before making my reservation more than once before paying & before I arrived at my destination to pick up my car and nowhere did it say I was going to be asked to pay triple what I paid for upfront at the time I made my reservation online! 🔥My advice is go through any other company because this place is not honest and you will find yourself at a rental counter, frustrated and irritated after a long traveling day being asked to pay way more than what is shown on their website and the information sent in your confirmation email.

Because you’ve used the word scam, it’s worth saying this is a legitimate booking platform, but a charge that jumps that far at pickup should be checked against the booking terms and the supplier’s counter charges. Some items — like a deposit, local fees, or supplier-required insurance — are set at the desk, but they should still be tied to what was shown before you paid.
