Y’all should finally add Apple Pay or other pay options. That allows me to check out easier or faster. It keeps loosing my saved card on the app which is annoying.

Not updated enough
There always seems to be a delay in the app updating with new iOS systems. I can’t even get the app to open right now and this happened before with the previous iOS system.

So, we ordered wings from here. As well as hot chips and cheese sticks.
The wings were not good at all. The hot chips were burnt. It’s sad now a days you can’t get kids/young adults to care about where they work or take a break from cooking all week for your family and try and order out. They don’t care, don’t know customer service and always in a bad mood. I wouldn’t recommend this Reynolda Rd location at all. Food is not good.

The best wings
I go like almost every sunday and it’s the best customer service and the wings are so good will forever be my favorite.
Inconsistent
I stopped ordering the quesadillas because the last 3 times I ordered them , they were made 3 different ways. Only the first followed the description in the menu. Today I ordered the “Avocado Flatbread “ and there was NO avocado on it. Only reason I ordered it was for the avocado. Inconsistent and they do not follow their own menu

The bone in wings to me are well worth it, everything I’ve had so far has been on point. And the prices are pretty good. Highly recommended this place.

Tablet app needs updating
Pictures of the food are blurry on a tablet. Also, if you go to landscape mode on a tablet, the main picture fills the majority of the screen, making it hard to order. Otherwise, it’s a good app and the food is great
Order was not correct.
I placed my order in the app without issue. 10 wings hot extra crispy with blue cheese and 10 wings medium extra crispy with blue cheese. My order came with no blue cheese and the wings were not close to being crispy. Also the boxes were not marked to which were hot or medium. I guess that didn’t matter. I couldn’t tell the difference in heat between the two.

Poor Customer Service
Their chicken dip was 80% CHEESE 20% dip. The girl that answered the phone was rude saying it wouldn’t be resolved for a couple of days..yet if I was in person they have no choice but to solve it then and there..and the manager really didn’t care to hear me out. This isn’t the first time I had this order plus I used to work there and the locations make things the same way. They need to have better attitudes and work on customer satisfaction.
