Customer service not great
We did an app online order when we got there not one acknowledged us they kept walking past not even asking if we’ve been help or if we needed help. Won’t be going back there and since you rely on tips you would think every customer is important guess not
App is trash
This app is too confusing. You have to make sure you drag that bar to the end to make sure you actually put the order in right?? That’s ridiculous. And so we always end up with the wrong order. Please make this app more user friendly. It’s awful. We’ve tried using it like 4 times!
Bad workflow
The designers of this app have never been to a fast food restaurant. The workflow is awful and disjointed. In order for it to offer a pleasant experience, it needs to follow the flow of a drive-thru, eg, item -> condiments/toppings -> fries/drink -> repeat for each set until done -> pay. I removed the app from my phone because it’s that unusable.

Love our Hwy 55!
We go to our local Hwy 55 restaurant every Friday for supper and we are excited to see the servers that are so eager to serve us and make us feel welcome. The food is delicious and sometimes we drop by during the week just pick up lunch when we’re home.
