You need to fix the schedule time for my food to go into the store. I ordered to pick up at 5:15. Got here at 5:09 and they said the ticket doesn’t come into the system until 5 mins before. What in the world…
The best food and Oranges A ever
We move this!
Not off to a good start
I ordered $35 worth of food for me and two coworkers they pick it up, none of the sauces we ordered were included
What The Heck, Devs!
The Hwy55 food is great, but their app is absolutely terrible. At some point they removed the ability to order combos from the app, making their useless for the most part. They also don’t have shake or concrete options on the app anymore. What’s the point of it now??
Combos
Combos need to be added to app
Customer service not great
We did an app online order when we got there not one acknowledged us they kept walking past not even asking if we’ve been help or if we needed help. Won’t be going back there and since you rely on tips you would think every customer is important guess not
App is trash
This app is too confusing. You have to make sure you drag that bar to the end to make sure you actually put the order in right?? That’s ridiculous. And so we always end up with the wrong order. Please make this app more user friendly. It’s awful. We’ve tried using it like 4 times!
Bad workflow
The designers of this app have never been to a fast food restaurant. The workflow is awful and disjointed. In order for it to offer a pleasant experience, it needs to follow the flow of a drive-thru, eg, item -> condiments/toppings -> fries/drink -> repeat for each set until done -> pay. I removed the app from my phone because it’s that unusable.

Love our Hwy 55!
We go to our local Hwy 55 restaurant every Friday for supper and we are excited to see the servers that are so eager to serve us and make us feel welcome. The food is delicious and sometimes we drop by during the week just pick up lunch when we’re home.
Useless
Haven't been able to use this app with our local HW55 in years. Why does this exist?
Great service
I showed up 2 hours early and they very kindly got my order done in no time. Great staff. Will definitely be back!
What’s the point?
What’s the point of this app if the store doesn’t use it?
App is confusing when ordering
I placed an order and when i ordered it even though i did like it asked for the meals it still didn’t go through. Why does it have to be so complicated to order meals! The restaurant and employees were amazing and even said it’s not the first time this app has caused issues.
DoorDash would make better sense.
While it’s convenient. If u order in the app they don’t correct anything for reimbursement when they have unavailable items or mess ups on the already expensive items. Better just using a door dash for atleast some type of money back when a mess up happens.
Hwy 55 location
The app is no good if you do not list all your Locations. Shallotte NC has had Hwy 55 for over 5 years now and is not listed on the App.
Yay
Glad there’s an app. Pretty simple to use.
Long wait times
Ordered ahead and still had to wait 45 mins a1 hr. Ridiculous! Defeats the purpose of pre ordering. By the time I got my food it was cold and they had to make ice cream so that was an additional wait time. RIDICULOUS! This is why I stopped going there. And confirms why I won't be going back
Good Food but can’t decide on rewards nor this app.
I love the food and service, but they keep switching rewards programs. Every time they do, I get stuck with earned points that are useless. I was just informed that the rewards program in this app isn’t being used any longer. Also, this app doesn’t even have my favorite location listed that’s been here for at least a decade.
So, enjoy the food, but don’t bother with the rewards program nor this app!!

Awful
If I could give no stars I would.. tried the mobile app thinking that would be the easy to get my order right. Nothing they gave me was correct ordered fried pickles got these nasty looking chili tots that were coming apart that looked like mush.. I’m disgusted not worth the money at all!!
Wonderful service and food
My location in Athens Tx has wonderful service and great food. So glad we have a good place that’s quick and offers more than just a hamburger. The customer service is outstanding! Thank you!
