This app constantly brings up an NFC tag message on my phone. I’ve tried to delete the app but the tags keep. happening. The tags only started the day I downloaded this app and even after deleting the app they continue. I’ve checked my phone settings and it’s not a phone issue. It’s this app! So frustrating

Continues to send me notifications
I have deleted app, I have deleted safari, I have turned off all notifications and continue to receive notification from app provider to download app!! At least 50 times a day! This is driving me nuts! I went to show 1.5 weeks ago and had the app for 1day.
I reloaded app to ensure all notifications are switched off with app, and I am still getting loads of notifications 24 hours a day, this is the worst form of harassment

App doesn’t work on Show day
Last year I wasn’t able to top up my account using the app on Show day.
This year I couldn’t even check my balance.
The fact that the app doesn’t even work on Show day makes it worse than useless. I’ve downgraded by rating from two to one star because of this.

Absolutely rubbish
Downloaded this for Easter show I can’t transfer anything even though I already have points pisses me off so much
Why does it need all my personal details?
A mess of an app whose only function seems to be the extract money for rides. No information about the daily schedule, the map dies as soon as there’s any network congestion. Half of it seems to just be a WebKit skin of the website, which seems useless.
No offline capability makes this app non-functional on busy network congested days.
