This app constantly brings up an NFC tag message on my phone. I’ve tried to delete the app but the tags keep. happening. The tags only started the day I downloaded this app and even after deleting the app they continue. I’ve checked my phone settings and it’s not a phone issue. It’s this app! So frustrating

Continues to send me notifications
I have deleted app, I have deleted safari, I have turned off all notifications and continue to receive notification from app provider to download app!! At least 50 times a day! This is driving me nuts! I went to show 1.5 weeks ago and had the app for 1day.
I reloaded app to ensure all notifications are switched off with app, and I am still getting loads of notifications 24 hours a day, this is the worst form of harassment

App doesn’t work on Show day
Last year I wasn’t able to top up my account using the app on Show day.
This year I couldn’t even check my balance.
The fact that the app doesn’t even work on Show day makes it worse than useless. I’ve downgraded by rating from two to one star because of this.

Absolutely rubbish
Downloaded this for Easter show I can’t transfer anything even though I already have points pisses me off so much
Why does it need all my personal details?
A mess of an app whose only function seems to be the extract money for rides. No information about the daily schedule, the map dies as soon as there’s any network congestion. Half of it seems to just be a WebKit skin of the website, which seems useless.
No offline capability makes this app non-functional on busy network congested days.

Won’t send me an email to log into my account, had to miss out on rides this year.
Super handy
Takes 2 seconds to load credit, can do it standing in the ride line. I hate when other events that make you line up to buy a ticket followed by lining up again for the actual ride. Also digital map is way better than paper.
The keyboard won’t drop when purchasing the credits
I can’t purchase the credits with the credit card pop up section because it won’t drop the keyboard to select purchase.

I downloaded the app for the Royal Easter Show. Since then, I am received constant notifications Website NFC tag. I have deleted the app and tried a number of things to get rid of them…. Nothing is working!
Useless when network congested
There’s no offline mode, so on a busy day like Good Friday when the cellular network is congested the ’Explore’ is useless for finding anything or getting directions. Just kept hanging. (Why require an internet connection when an in-app offline map and GPS would have worked…?)
Great app
This new system is great. Credits feel much safer and easier to keep track of where you’ve been. I hope to see this method used into the future!

The app crashes at openings while at the Easter Show. Rides cannot be taken and plans are spoiled.
