Freezing now
This mobile banking app used to work well, but no more. I’m finding it freezes most times I try to open it. My iPhone isn’t the problem, it has the right operating system. Hopefully I can work this issue out as before it began habitually freezing, this was a very useful app for remote deposits and checking balances.

Latest update loses Face ID
A perfectly fine app - a bit slow sometimes. But the latest update has left me unable to use FaceID. It asks every time even though it also says I’ve already turned it on.

EastRise is my bank
I’ve been a member of EastRise for about ten years. I moved away from Burlington about six years ago and the town where I now live has 3-4 banks. I use their atms but there is no reason to leave EastRise because I trust EastRise.

Well done app experience
Update: I moved to Vermont 5 years ago and EastRise is one of the most impressive things about the state and it’s amazing people. The app works better than most big banks and the integration with various services works way better than various online banks I’ve used. Scheduled bill pay works great, as does Zelle, and they’re great about loan processing. This credit union is a winner.

Very helpful
I love the ability to lock my cards especially knowing I have not used them. It shies real time spending. The one thing I do miss is not being able to put in checks or payments in advance since the old VSECU app.
It is essential to keep up on banking in these times.
I do hope they add a place to put “ sent payments” as it is not congruent to do” mobile banking” and keeping a paper register for 3-4 things a month. Fraud department is excellent .

Surprisingly decent
I was concerned, but overall, I have three different banks that I work with and this is by Fire the best online banking experience that I have. I won’t name any names, but one has a green emblem with two letters, and another one has bank as its first name. Lol keep up the great work.
Don’t use Bill Pay
Unless you want your payments to be late, despite scheduling 2 weeks in advance, I would not recommend using Bill Pay.

I love when things work the way they should. Once set up properly, this app is a breeze. It’s aesthetically pleasing, and perfectly functional. User friendly, intuitive, and pretty much perfect.
