Frustrated
It’s great when it works correctly but unfortunately, logging in can be a problem. It may try to verify that I’m human 20 times and then not let me in. Sometimes, like just now, I just get a blank page, not even the verification page. It’s frustrating and undependable.
Freezing now
This mobile banking app used to work well, but no more. I’m finding it freezes most times I try to open it. My iPhone isn’t the problem, it has the right operating system. Hopefully I can work this issue out as before it began habitually freezing, this was a very useful app for remote deposits and checking balances.

Latest update loses Face ID
A perfectly fine app - a bit slow sometimes. But the latest update has left me unable to use FaceID. It asks every time even though it also says I’ve already turned it on.
