Why?

I’ve had this for long time, no problems. Now it wants an update but won’t update. I cleared half of my phone for this and now it won’t work. FRISTRATING

Newest up date

I have been unable to update the latest version for weeks now. I have talked to the local bank in Randolph and they said they do not have a solution. I have tried to update my operating system to no avail.

App Won’t Work

Just did the most recent update and now the app won’t load. Just stays on the start up screen, doesn’t give me the option to log in. Never had issues with the app before.
