Terrible Brand that does not support their customers
Bought an expensive backpack and it broke. Their customer support said there is nothing they can do when clearly it was a manufacturer defect. Just zero support for their base who saves up to buy certain products. Recommend you find a different brand to love because these folks simply don’t care.

Terrible customer service
My first time ordering with this company and as extremely excited for my merch. That was until I encounter the worst customer service I’ve experienced. I reached out on three separate occasions to the customer service email regarding an issue with my order. After the third email I never received a response back from the company. This is terrible. Not only did I not receive a response but there was nothing I could do about my order. This went from an exciting chance to get golf gear to something I wouldn’t enjoy ever.

Can’t Log In
Created an account and activated it after receiving email. I’ve tried to log in on the app many times over the last few days with no success, but can log in with a browser just fine. Unfortunately, I can’t access app exclusive offers because the app doesn’t work.
This stuff is fire!
Love all of the fresh swag. The ordering process through the app was super simple and fast. I just ordered some shoes and it took less than two minutes max. Can’t wait to get those shoes.

I wanted to be supportive so I purchased again and I’m sorry but the quality of cloths for the price and shipping is simply not up to par. My blue polo was very faded no a deep navy blue as advertised. Fellas if you want to charge these prices and want us to support the brand the quality of the material used simple has to be better. I don’t know if I will shop here again.

The clothing, they have great stuff. The UX design is turrible, there’s literally every category but “pants” it’s overly complicated to navigate, I just want to see newest items first, or just see all pant options, why is that hard

Beware of App Only exclusives. Description was completely wrong and they were available at dicks. Customer service refused to except a return. Very infuriating as an ambassador of the brand and loyal customer.

Regarding customer service … my first purchase was too large and I needed to exchange the clothing while I was traveling out of the country. I emailed Eastside Golf customer service and they took it from there. I was able to mail back my initial purchase and the correct sizes were at my home when I returned from vacation. Excellence!
