DISABLED SCREENSHOTS?
So inconvenient that you disabled the screenshots in the app
No balance showing
Easy way to manage? How can i manage without showing the balance, i keep coming back to the bank just to see if anything goes thru my account
Incoming Transfer
Fund transfers from other bank is not real time, sometime it takes minutes and even hours to be credited
Not easy
Not an "Easybiz" App, doesnt even allow to reset password. Always gets error.
Worst app
November 2024 pa hindi ko ma view ang Balance ng business account sa app. Ilang email na pinadala ko ni isa walang reply kung bakit ganito

Can’t View Account
Get it together EastWest. Useless app if you cant even view your own account. Even the website.
Account Disappeared
The worst Philippines mobile bank so far, my business account issuing after several updates. Now I’m planning to close my business account and transferring to other bank!
