Useless app
Unable to restore past purchases for 2 months. Have emailed multimedia but have had no response. Followed their trouble shooting but nothing works. Fix your app and respond to emails.
Impossible to make any purchases
No option to purchase a subscription. When I click to purchase a single issue, I receive an error message but have been charged anyway. Sent multiple e-mails to customer support but never received any reply.
Subscription renewed but still charged for issues
Subscription renewed end of May and since then 2 issues have been released. These have not been included and are priced at $7.99 apiece. Restore purchases does not work in this instance. Reporting to Apple and BBC Magazines has not warranted a responses.
My main source for recipes
I use the app to plan our meals, The only complaint I have is that the search function only allows one word prompts meaning if you are looking for a recipe or a main ingredient the present system brings up everything. If you wish to find mushroom risotto, if you put in mushroom you get every entry for mushrooms likewise with risotto.

Issue 157 not full downloading all pages
Issue downloads 100% but only goes to page 54. Have deleted issue and same thing. Otherwise great mag and interesting recipes.
Update has caused me to not get my subscription...why update a app that was working perfect!
Useless paying for a magazine subscription that now doesn’t work...update has completely broken a working app that had no issues...
Update - sign in or no access to ‘owned’ magazines
I don’t want to have to sign in for new features. I want to be able to view the magazines I’ve paid for previously as magazines. Poor update and it won’t now let me redownload my back catalogue. Rubbish !!
Offer of £14.99 for 10 issues but charged £19.99!

So far enjoying this app. Recipes are generally easy, clearly explained. I do have the BBC Good Food magazine delivered but recently many changes have been made & the recipes are not too my taste. These recipes are in easy cook & to follow on this app. Hope it continues to deliver.!

I have been getting Easy Cook direct to my iPad for some years ,it's easy to read ,the recipes are good easy to follow and also makes good reading and full of good ideas for kids .its my Best Buy x

Bought a 6 month subscription for this for a 'bargain' £8.99. Have had one issue downloaded and now after the recent update the app doesn't open. Complete waste of money - thank you BBC for fleecing me.
