A carrot cake above all others
While I appreciate a slice of carrot cake every now and again, it is not my go to. Until now. The texture and spicing in this cake is ethereal and the icing perfectly balances the cake and is just lightly sweet. I will continue to make this on repeat, no matter the season or fresh fruit and berries I have access to. This is an amazing dessert!!!

Delicious bread
Made exactly as written and bread is moist but not wet, and has perfect seasoning. I also made the other zucchini bread recipe with dried cherries. I like that one as well, but think this texture is better. Note that you scrape out the seeds from the Zucchini and then shred. I missed that important detail the first time and luckily had another from the garden.

I’m obsessed with ATK
When I first discovered ATK a few years ago I started recording every episode. I ordered the cookbook and became a member. I don’t usually do that but ATK had the most versatile recipes. Some were not for me but so many were. I have made numerous recipes from ATK and not one has been bad. I also love the reviews on tools and food items. I’ve even bought a few of them! Keep up the good work.
