A carrot cake above all others
While I appreciate a slice of carrot cake every now and again, it is not my go to. Until now. The texture and spicing in this cake is ethereal and the icing perfectly balances the cake and is just lightly sweet. I will continue to make this on repeat, no matter the season or fresh fruit and berries I have access to. This is an amazing dessert!!!

Delicious bread
Made exactly as written and bread is moist but not wet, and has perfect seasoning. I also made the other zucchini bread recipe with dried cherries. I like that one as well, but think this texture is better. Note that you scrape out the seeds from the Zucchini and then shred. I missed that important detail the first time and luckily had another from the garden.

I’m obsessed with ATK
When I first discovered ATK a few years ago I started recording every episode. I ordered the cookbook and became a member. I don’t usually do that but ATK had the most versatile recipes. Some were not for me but so many were. I have made numerous recipes from ATK and not one has been bad. I also love the reviews on tools and food items. I’ve even bought a few of them! Keep up the good work.

Wow, Surprisingly Fantastic App
My expectations for website partner apps is often low, but ATK nailed this app! Very clean, clear, and friendly. One bug that I’ve encountered is that I’m unable to use the save/bookmark feature in the app. I can do this online, so it must simply be a glitch.
Great instructions delicious recipe
I’ve had a membership to ATK for several years. The main reason I like it is the recipes are straightforward. Most ingredients are very reasonable and I don’t mind buying them, not too exotic and the instructions are very clear. I love the videos and especially appreciate the science that is behind these recipes. They really put a lot of thought into them rather than just tossing ingredients together that sound like they would taste good. I feel that the membership is well worth the cost. The other reason I really appreciate the membership is reading all the comments on every recipe that interests me. I like the fact that you can search in the comments by a specific word if you’re looking for something relatively specific ingredient. But the comments are great and very helpful

I installed this app after being offered a special service from another app and after downloading and installing it, the did not get the reward offered. So I’m unsubscribing now

The recipes are easy to find and well laid out. The comments and reviews help supplement the recipes with modifications and the cooking team responds regularly to answer questions.

Great step-by-step instructions and search feature
If you have a random ingredient and wonder what to do with it, the search feature will give you lots of options. Clear instructions and many of the recipes also have videos. User ratings and comments are also helpful.
Easy & Kid Approved
I made this (used half breasts and half thighs because that is what I had). It was really easy - probably less than 30 minutes total, and the kids (4 and 6) both said “this is way better than I thought.” My husband and I both work full time and we are making a renewed effort to cook more at home. This makes me think we can do it and do it well.

Endless Recipes
Use this app more frequently than social media, and I’m happy I have a place for some of the most top quality recipes in lieu of scouring the internet all the time.
Bug, switching orientation/auto navigating to landing page
Love the app. However, recently there is a very annoying bug on iPad. In landscape mode when in a recipe, it will sometimes flip back to portrait and some times navigate back to the landing page. Please fix!
The Essential cooking app
I love the magazine and the cookbooks, but this app is essential because I can reference the recipes while I’m at the grocery store, scour through the notes for tips and changes, plus I love to print the recipe and use it while I cook so I can take notes. The videos are incredibly helpful as an overview for more complicated recipes. Basically you get the value and thoroughness of America’s Test Kitchen— perfecting recipes, trying almost every possibility in a very scientific way—combined with all the technological advantages of an app: ability to search, read review reviews and notes, and get feedback from ATK, watch videos, and save recipes. It’s the best cooking app and worth every penny.

Really good and juicy
After seeing this recipe on Cook’s Country, my husband and I decided these looked really good and wanted to try them. We tried them tonight and I followed the recipe to the letter and they came out amazingly tender and juicy and very flavorful. We’re going to try the southwest pork burgers next and then maybe onto the Mediterranean burgers. Thank you for the recipe.
