I made this recipe for my husband and me and we really liked it. It was fast and easy. The recipe calls for pushing the zucchini into the hot pan to assure contact. I wasn’t as diligent as I should have been so there were areas that weren’t browned. The spicy honey really adds flavor to the zucchini. I’m making it again for family dinner with our three children and their spouses.

Fabulous
I combined this recipe with ATK’s recipe for grilled chicken and peaches with balsamic glaze and goat cheese. Added the chicken under the fontina. After baking, added peaches, goat cheese, arugula then drizzled with the balsamic glaze. It was SO delicious!
Love the content, not the app
A subscriber to CI for a decade and love everything about it. The app leaves a lot to be desired, constantly having to re-log in, and every time I open it - even after closing a minute earlier - it goes back to the home page making me have to re-find the recipe 🤷♂️

ATK is the greatest cooking show and wealth of info of all time
Great app and recipes but….
I only wish there were more vegetarian recipes and lower fat and/or salt recipes. There are many older adults who enjoy cooking and are on reduced fat and/or salt diets. So at the very least try to include some options for substitutions to decrease saturated fats and salt. The recipes are really easy to follow so I think many people don’t have the experience to be able to come up with their own substitutions. The great thing about this app is you don’t have to be an experienced chef to produce beautiful and tasty dishes!! I realize this isn’t possible for every dish but would be great when possible. This is coming from. 70 yo man with mild coronary artery disease, elevated lipids and hypertension who loves to cook and eat and is trying to be healthy as well!

I can make any recipe on here with confidence it will turn out well. I love the explanations of why certain techniques are used, the ability to take your own notes on the recipes, and that ATK staff often respond to questions cooks leave on the recipe about modifications etc. Can’t recommend enough!

Easy with a bang of flavor
I used a common sweet Italian sausage and it really changed the meal to something special. Next time I’ll try it with venison or quail.

You have to pay
These people are money grubbers. You can’t do anything with this without paying for a subscription. The App Store should disclose that. I would not have bothered to download
Cooking with trusted recipes
ATK recipes are great and give me the confidence to try new dishes without worry.
Could be better
Honestly, the first cooking app I see is available to me requires money for me to even use it, then again stating it’s for 12+! I’m 14 trying to learn how to cook without stressing my parents about money, and so they aren’t constantly over my shoulders about how dangerous cooking is while I’m actively cooking. I wish some apps have free online programs for teens and kids who mature quicker than adults like to admit! Although this app showed helpful tips, the constant “Join free for 14 days!” Is an annoyance. Being my age is a struggle with my situation and preferences. Helpful, then again, not. So, Could be better.

Great recipes but the app needs improvement
You know an app’s search function is bad when you have to use Google to find a specific ATK recipe instead. Also, it’s surprising that you still can’t zoom in on recipes or articles. That feels like a basic feature in this day and age.
A carrot cake above all others
While I appreciate a slice of carrot cake every now and again, it is not my go to. Until now. The texture and spicing in this cake is ethereal and the icing perfectly balances the cake and is just lightly sweet. I will continue to make this on repeat, no matter the season or fresh fruit and berries I have access to. This is an amazing dessert!!!
