Site is in disarray

I signed up for annual subscription via the app. I can’t get any recipes without downloading the entire magazine. Plus, the subscription is $19.99 annually with no magazine. Had I signed up via the “Shop” tab in the app I could’ve gotten it for $15.00 plus the magazine. Idk

Doesn’t work

The app won’t recognize my log in info and I haven’t been able to access anything. The help desk is a joke and keeps saying the same thing over and over. I haven’t tried everything they’ve said to do multiple times. At this point I’d rather just buy a subscription to a different online food magazine

Not Functional

I would love for this app to work, but things don’t load or the format isn’t correct, can’t just swipe like a magazine or to another page so you can’t get to the recipe you actually want.

Stupid decision

These guys have two apps now, one for the print magazine (which makes no sense), and one for their TV shows. I am here for the joy of food, not for watching overly produced fake dramatic cooking contests. Absolutely zero access to my recipes, really??!!!
