Can’t find search function on iPad version; navigation not clear. Far better to sign into Cook’s using browser.

A Real “Go To” App

Excellent recipes with detailed explanations of the underlying science a technique. They provide a sound foundation that can easily be adapted to other dishes

Total ripoff. DON't bother buying this "app".

Only 50 "recipes"-- if you consider "perfect scrambled eggs", "garlic mashed potatoes", "foolproof vinaigrette", and "ultimate oven fries" recipes. This is so basic it's laughable. I will not trust Cook's Illustrated in the future.
