Stops error
When you have multiple stops at the same address app marks them as a one stop , so let’s say the apartment building, or business complex have the same address but different unit numbers the app will still show it as a one stop, that’s frustrating and in begging i had to go back to the place because i didn’t figure out right away that there is another stop in the same building. Also i realized that the app gets slower around noon. I wish they would also make stop editing little easier, or give us a choice to enter the starting point and ending address and let the system create route using first and last address driver wants. Right now app will sometimes make two stops next to each other 30 stops apart, for example one will be stop 3, another stop 33 even though they are 1 mile or less apart

IT SUCKS
WHOEVER MADE THIS APP DESERVES TO BE FIRED. IT SUCKS. LAGGS, GLITCHES. IT RE ARRANGES UR STOPS FOR NO REASON. ONTOP OF MANY MORE REASONS OF WHY THIS APP MAKES OUR LIVES HARDER FOR NO REASON.

They have to update the error that the application has when you have more than one stop in the same place. For example; you have 3 stops for EasyMile for saying one place, and it says that stop 5 is for EasyMile but then the application gives you the other 2 stops you have for EasyMile along with stop 20 when stop 20 is for another place and not EasyMile. The application marks them as 20-2 and 20-3 and you can't see them in the list either to be able to put them together with the correct stop which is 5.

Lawsuit
This app is pushing me to a lawsuit. App logs out after deliveries. I don't notice until I get to my next stop & when I log back in, the previous stop is erased. Therefore I have no picture & I have been charged cargo loss. Not because of a customer complaint but just because I don't have a picture
Please fix this app
I have been delivering for Staples for 12 years and this app makes me want to quit! Since I’ve been here we have used scanners and multiple scanning apps, none have given me the trouble that easy mile has. This app crashes at almost every other delivery and is adding 30 minutes to an hour to my work day everyday! Please fix it soon…

Needs major updating
The app continuously kept crashing on my route, everytime I got ready to take a picture the app would completely close out and I would have to log all the way back in to

This app is destroying our business without them knowing it. Causing hours of delay. Withholding workers from getting home to see their kids, work 2nd jobs or even have a life after work during the week.

many faults
There is a possibility that this app is causing the Route4Me app to crash. Since we started using the new Staples app, Route4Me started to crash. Both apps close by themselves. When I have the EasyMile app open, my phone slows down. When I try to take a picture with the camera app and have EasyMile open, my phone gets very, very slow! Now, when I search for a stop and then delete the search, it doesn't show the list of stops again!

Needs custom stop management and update
Can’t manage your stops how you want . App crashes out in middle of scanning.
Issue with update
My co-workers are using version 1.10 and I am still on version 1.9 and unable to update. App is crashing at critical points. Need help to update!

The app has a lot of bugs! It causes a lot of problems! The session keeps closing and when you take the photo it closes and you have to log in again! Since I installed it and started using it, it causes problems on my phone, when I delete the app the problems end!

Easy mile, an application that needs a lot of attention.
Might as well get ready to waste a lot of time on this app.
This application, will kick you out of the app on average 7-16 times a day.
So go ahead, start your login process…
Boom just wasted 1-2 mins ( login, reapplication of customer signature[what if the customer left?] and retake photo of delivered products)
If a driver has 50 drops and was forced to login 7-12 times a day, let’s just go with 10
You just wasted a half hour of that drivers time!
Can you conceive how much time money and gas that is being wasted?
This isn’t one driver, this is a whole company of drivers so multiply that half hour of wasted time a day by all of your drivers…
Sure I may not know much but I do know how much savings we are talking about for a company and there is a “team” that is responsible for managing performance issues.
They are the ones that are losing you a dollar, me a dollar and the middle man’s dollar!
I could care less about the more net:) I just want to spend my time my way.
I don’t want to waste my time money gas on logging in everyday 5-15 times a day, 7 days a week.

Not bad but could use some more features.
Currently using Trekz and will be switching over to this app soon and I was able to do a test run of it and here’s my input:
1. No 'Manage Stops' option. After i'm dispatched I usually end up switching all my stops around to the way I want to do them which helps me out a ton. The alternative is just doing on the computer beforehand however it is a little easier to do it on my own device.
2. No 'Combine Stops' function. That function just makes it easier and more efficient to close out 2 stops that are for the same place.
3. No map view of stops. I usually use the map view when fixing the order of my stops. If they were to add a 'Manage Stops' feature it would also help to have a map view of all the stops for the day.
4. It's kind of hard to see when a stop is closed out I like how Trekz makes the closed out stops gray and the ones that are still open blue.
