If the app would actually follow your app settings would be better. Vs getting a bunch of loads that you can’t take in your van. Or the amount of dead head miles you actually want to run vs way out the way you actually have on the app. Stop sending you the same loads you’ve already rejected multiple times.

NO RENTAL TRUCKS
I transported numerous shipments for this "company" exclusively using rented trucks. Suddenly, I received a harsh text stating my account would be deactivated, and rental trucks were prohibited. When seeking clarification, I was simply told, "NO RENTAL TRUCKS" in capital letters. I wish they had informed me about the rental truck restriction before I accepted that load at $0.70 per mile.

App fails. You can’t see any available loads in my area. If you even have loads in my area. The app is dead.
Horrible Customer Service
I’m sure glad I actually found a company that will reply and provides loads for you to run. This ridiculous company never answered any of my 10 emails. After uploading all the documents on their app, it sat for weeks saying they were reviewing the paperwork. During this time, I ran over $5k loads for other dispatch apps. I suggest staying away from this unresponsive, unprofessional company!
