About

A simple medication tracker. No sign-up, no accounts, no sync — everything stays on your phone. NO EXACT TIMES A dose belongs to a part of the day — morning, daytime or evening — not to a minute on the clock. Someone who takes a tablet with breakfast does not take it at 08:00 sharp, and an app that insists otherwise just builds a wall of misses that never happened. If the time really does matter for one medication, switch on an exact-time reminder for that one. It is optional, and it lives on the medication itself. WHAT IS IN IT • Today — every dose, grouped into morning, daytime and evening • One tap per dose; the supply counts down by itself, and back up if you undo • History by week and by month: what was taken, what was missed, and in which part of day • Reminders for morning, daytime and evening — each one separate, with its own time • Six forms: tablets, capsules, drops, syrup, spray, injections • Dose and note as free text — "2000 IU · 1 capsule", "after food" • Supply left in the right unit: pieces, millilitres or doses • Light and dark themes • In 30 languages WHEN A COURSE ENDS "I no longer take this" removes a medication from Today and keeps its whole intake history. Changed your mind? One tap puts it back. YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS The app has no networking code at all. No accounts, no analytics, no ads, nothing sent anywhere. To move to a new phone, export everything to a single JSON file and import it there. This is a diary, not a medical device. It gives no advice and replaces no doctor.

Tap an exact-time reminder to open that very dose, with a “Mark as taken” button. If a medication has two timed doses and you move the second one, the old reminder no longer arrives.
