I used this app several years ago and in general was very pleased. THEN i started getting messages that I needed to pay...tried but system would not allow. Read reviews, now am confused and reluctant to go forward with a purchase??.

I tried to translate a sentence, and it told me I would have to buy the premium version. Deleting the app!

Not so great.
I got this yesterday to talk to a relative who speaks Portuguese. At first it worked fine,but then every time I wanted to right something it would just say " buy the full version so you can have unlimited translation" and then I saw that at the bottom of the language that you are typing it has a number of how many characters you have left until you can't translate anymore. So then I only had 3 letters left and I'm like WHAT. so I deleted the app and got a new one that I'm hoping will work better

First, if you want the speech, you have to pay. Second, I can type in English and have it translate into Russian, but when the Russian speaker wants to type back, the keypad still has English alphabet and
