Good luck resetting your password it takes you into a vicious circle of useless attempts. This app is garbage.
Battery Drain on iPhone
The app continuously scans for the Bluetooth reader at the gate. Which is fine if I’ve opened the app to get into the facility. But once I leave the app and the facility it continues to connect in the background. The only way to fix this is to end the app from the app selector screen. Otherwise it will slowly drain the battery.

Better with Apple Watch
The app was better when it was available to use with Apple Watch. Developers need to bring that back.
Basically Non-Functional
After creating an account the app will not recognize the email or password used to create.
Fine until you change info
This app was working fine at my storage space until I switched to another unit at the same facility. The facility manager correctly updated my information, but once that happened I have not been able to log in.
Useless
This app worked fine for years and then something happened that it stopped working. I logged out, logged back in, deleted the app, downloaded it again, I even got a new storage unit and tried to enroll all over again and it didn’t work. THIS APP DOES NOT WORK.
Nothing Works except creating Frustration
Besides not being able to connect an account to a gate code the selections under account info are mismatched. For example, if you click Manage Email, you will get a pop up window for Terms & Conditions. Or, if you click Manage Phone Number you will get the Privacy Notice.
Arguably, the worst app I’ve ever used
This app has one function, and if it can’t accomplish that function, it is worthless. One would think that the developers would have been able to allow one to reset their password successfully as a matter of course, but I’ve been unable to accomplish this simple task even once. It appears to allow me to change it, but it fails immediately when I try to use it. Since there is no enduser tech support available (the storage sites are the customers, not the people who rent storage)there is no recourse other than to manually use the keypad at the entrance and exit. Again, completely worthless.

after trying to enroll and prompting error on site code. The enroll button disappears and no way to try again unless you uninstall the app?...like the other review says, poorly written app
App Does Not Work
I have uninstalled and reinstalled this app 50 times and it still does not work.
App doesnt work at all.
App doesnt work, can’t contact support, support website doesnt load. I try resetting password and it still doesnt work.
Flaky
It alternates between a few days of working fine and a few days of the app refusing to open. Extremely frustrating. There doesn’t seem to be any support either.

Unreliable
It’s a good day if it works. Had the app for 2 years - hardly works. Developer clearly not concerned about quality. Frankly it reflects poorly on the storage facility
App does not work.
The app needs IT professionals to create it and really test it upon themselves first before selling it to companies who see it and buy it or pay for it and only to find out that it does not work. Can’t enter any doors because the images of doors don’t even show up. Then when all fails it says log in failure. Then more interesting is they make sure there is no topic if their is not working what to do. This means they never test this before they put it out there.

Absolutely Trash
Why offer this app to your clients when it causes more frustration than it’s worth. Don’t know how much reliable storage is paying for this app but they need to save that money and lower their rate instead.
This app does not work. At all.
I’ve had this unit for about 2 1/2 years. About six or eight months ago the app stopped working. I have tried everything since, logging in, logging out, deleting the app from my phone, reinstalling it, changing my password. Nothing will work. Before it was just that the gates would not open with my app. Now it won’t even let me login even after changing my password, this app is absolute trash. And extremely inconvenient for the amount of money we pay at the storage unit.

DUMB - USELESS
I can’t even finish enrolling on the app because it’s stuck on the “turn on notifications” which yes I have everything on for the app. But the buttons that say “notify me” and “no thank you” are absolutely useless because when you click one nothing happens.
