Hey m411b - Thanks for reporting this issue. It sounds like you're using an older version of iOS that needs to be updated for the Realtracs app to work on your device. Please upgrade to iOS 18 to resolve this issue. Also, updating to iOS 18 should fix the issue you've mentioned about Safari as well. Such a shame that it doesn’t work well, especially when I’m paying monthly to use it.
