Ehh.
Neat app for the area. Works as intended on iOS, I suppose. New iPhone and still gets warm after about 5 minutes of searching. Doesn’t do it with any other app so I’d assume this app uses a lot of tech stuff or isn’t fully optimized yet. When clicking on a listing it deletes your saved filter/ preferences. Still nice for agent-buyer services and there are no listed houses that are already sold. I wish there was a foundation filter such as crawl space vs slab vs basement, instead of just site built. I also wish there was a year built filter. I don’t want a Ryan home 2025 or a dilapidated 1905 home. Maybe that’s just me but I feel like adding those filters will limit the number of homes clicked on and help with heating.

Restart after restart
Since we are forced to pay for the MLS, could y’all please fix the app?? It’s keeps restarting as we are trying to search for homes.
Product Update is SOLID
Not sure whose idea was it to add the mortgage calculator but that was genius. Promote whoever came up with that idea. It’s the best tool ever. I use it all the time. Brilliant.
Will not start
The app will not start on my iPhone. Just sits there with a ball going back and forth. I let it sit open for several hours and nothing happened. Same with Realtracs website.
App needs to be improved
For months, I have not been able to access RealTracs from my phone. I try to open it and it just says “loading” and never makes it past that. Even when the app did open in the past, it constantly crashed.
Such a shame that it doesn’t work well, especially when I’m paying monthly to use it.

App stuck in Loading Mode
I haven’t been able to look at houses in at least a month. Every time we click on a link to a house via our emails the app does not load. It hasn’t worked for my self or my husband in awhile and we both have different phones and different cell providers. App has been refreshed, updated etc. the problem still persists.

Glitchy
Seems your app has been glitching for a few months now which means every house my realtor sends me I end up looking up with Realtor.
Very old maps, streets aren’t even on the map
The maps on this need to be updated. They are 5+ years old without streets listed and houses out in the middle of no where that aren’t accurate.

App crashes constantly and then you have to input everything again just for it to crash moments later.

This app crashes CONSTANTLY. I don’t know how they can get away with an app that performs so badly. It’s basically useless to me because I constantly have to restart my searches, losing all the work I’ve done up to that point. I’m sick of it.
Not user friendly
It just doesn’t work. I filled out as much as I can as far as what I’m looking for and as broad as I made the search it still doesn’t come close to populating the parameters
Can’t star a house
Unable to save a listing I like. Clicking on the star doesn’t work and there’s no option to save a listing in the listing details screen. Makes the app useless for sharing what I like with my realtor.
What happened to being able to search fractional acreage?
It seems that the lowest number I can enter is one.

The option to “star” a house from the grid doesn’t work.
There is also not an option to star or favor a home from the listing page.
Map doesn’t work
The map no longer works in the app. It’s just a blank white screen which doesn’t display anything. I can go directly to a specific listing by the MLS number, but can’t search in general since nothing gets displayed on the map.
Keeps logging me out.
App worked great for a long time and then it started logging me out every time I used it. I deleted and redownloaded the app. That still didn’t help. It’s becoming quite frustrating.
Great data, but slow app
App is really slow to pull up a home when clicked on from an email. Once I click the link, the app loads and stays on a white screen while a dotted meter line processes for about ten seconds before loading the home. Ten seconds isn’t horrible, but I’m sure the developers strived for quicker transaction time. I have had a few issues navigating for homes using the map as well. It would be nice to see home listings that have sold in the last twelve months or so to be able to get an idea on trending home prices. The data is accurate on the homes which is why at the end of the day I do use the app over others.

Not easy to navigate
I am no longer working with a specific realtor, but it’s impossible to get her off my dashboard. Very frustrating.

This app is so awesome!! It is so convenient when we are out in the field. I love that we can enter listings in and everything! Thank you Realtracs for this amazing tool!
