No way to cancel
I have tried to cancel but there is zero place to end subscriptions. I’ve tried signing in to the website and I get nowhere.
Unauthorized charges
This app states it changes you once a year yet I’ve been charged 100 every 3 months that I did not authorize, on top of that there is nowhere you can go to cancel the subscription when you tried to
No option to cancel subscriptions.
There is no option to cancel subscription. It autorenewing every time. No longer using App. No response from customer service
Cancellation is difficult
Keep trying to take money from my account when I have tried to cancel my subscription on numerous occasions, to no avail. Do not subscribe if you think you may need to cancel as they don’t reply to any messages. Would give zero stars if I could have.

Taking payments on an irregular basis without notification and after 3 months has doubled what they say they charge for a year! Do not fall for it

I try to cancel but is impossible and I try to contact by email but it doesn’t find the email as well….

I want a refund!!!! Paid £15 and now they ask for another payment to be able to access exercises!!!!!!!
Rubbish
Don’t purchase the exercises keep freezing wish I hadn’t spent the £30+ on the 12 week program. I’m a student so to spend that amount of money for something that doesn’t work properly is heartbreaking

No sound makes it very hard to know when a workout ends unless I hold my phone the whole time

Seemed like a great idea. Freezes constantly. Closed everything else on my phone. Great cell signal- still froze. And called for equipment I don’t have. But they collect payment upfront. Oh well.
