Careful with the premium subscription
There’s nowhere in the app where you can cancel the free trial, let alone find it in your subscriptions through your Apple account.

This app is charging us every two weeks $7.99. We’ve tried cancelling. I will be reporting to BBB and attorney general’s office to seek damages and reimbursement. Buyer beware!

Asked for my apple pay for a “trial subscription” which I of course dumbly accepted.. There is no way to cancel it.

Unauthorized Charges
Tried charging my card directly through Smertrios Limited for 19.99. Thank God, my card blocked it as fraud. Watch out what you download! They have now tried charging my card 3 or 4 times for 19.99 straight through their company SMERTRIOS LIMITED. What kind of scammers do you have to be to charge ppl who never even enabled your free trial!?

Stole my money
Tried doing a free trial but the free trial failed and didn’t work so I didn’t have any access to the account features. I made sure to check my settings under subscription and the app didn’t show up there so I thought it was fine. Found out later they started charging me 19.99! Even though I didn’t subscribe and didn’t have access to app features. Totally fraudulent. Had to get a new debit card.

Wanted to cancel my free trail and it doesn’t show up in your subscription to cancel it. It also doesn’t have a “cancel subscription” in the actual app settings.

Ich wollte es erstmal als kostenlose Version ausprobieren. Kam aber gar nicht dazu, kaum runter geladen , beim öffnen soll man gleich Abo auswählen. So etwas schreckt mich nur ab .
