Meh, search elsewhere
The app does the job, however when my license was renewed, the app kept crashing when I tried to reactivate it, the only way to fix was to delete and reinstall, so I backed up my certificates and reinstalled, signed in again, however the app now says I have no backups and now 100s of certificates would be lost if it wasn’t for me transferring to an external storage also. Also lost 100s of address and some different company info I will have to enter in all again rather than auto filling

Avoid At All Costs
I have used this software for a number of years and it was ok, not great but ok. Recently though I had an issue and contacted Mr Brian Harper who I assume is the only person who runs this software and he’s just completely ignored my emails. There is no support whatsoever for this app and because of Mr Harper’s rude and disgusting treatment this app has cost my business a lot of money so don’t make the same mistake as me and avoid at all costs.

Good app
Very good little app that I link to the desktop software for easy checking and then printing.
Not easy to use
Good app does what is says, BUT what they don't tell you is that you must download it on to a PC or laptop. You can't send or print the reports from your ipad, which is a really big let down for me !
Very costly for the year but had no choice but to buy it, but won't be renewing next year unless they make it better and more ipad friendly,

Could be so much better
Not particularyly intuitive, makes the job a whole lot longer to do which isnt what is needed!
Could do with barcode scanning ability and the ability to automatically update the pass/fail status bases on results entered.
In addition it would be better to not have to delete values before entering test values.
And to anyone using excel for pat results Stop it! Access is what you use! Excel is NOT a database!
