About

This isn't an app for white-knuckling it. That's why it never asks for your quit date. You can still be smoking. First look at what you believe cigarettes do for you, test each belief, and start when you're ready. EasyQuit takes apart the illusion nicotine builds. "It relieves stress." "I need it to focus." The more you understand, the less there is to resist. The sharp edge points at the cigarette, never at you. ■ ACT 1 · AWAKENING — you don't have to quit yet No quit date. Just the nicotine ghost, repeating what you've told yourself for years. A cigarette with the morning coffee. How else do I handle stress. I smoke because I like it. Summon a truth card and your mate answers back — the 4 things cigarettes seem to give you (pleasure, stress relief, focus, a break) and the 3 ways they keep you hooked, across 34 exchanges. Each tap reveals the next line, and the ghost cuts in. ■ ACT 2 · DEEP PREPARATION — when the scary part is what comes after The screen turns indigo and the ghost changes tactics: now it's life without cigarettes that will be unbearable. Mornings will feel empty. One bad day and you'll fold. You never had the willpower anyway. Then it shows the present: leaving a restaurant before the main course, checking smoking areas before the itinerary, the calculator running in your head all day. 61 exchanges take on both — the future you fear, the present you're in. Press Start Quitting and the ghost throws six false beliefs back at you. If any still hold, it suggests a review — but never blocks you. Starting is your call. ■ ACT 3 · FREEDOM — count what comes back, not days endured - Time smoke-free and money saved - Hall of Records — five medals: start, 7, 30, 100, 365 days - Goal countdown — a trip, a birthday, whatever you name it - Share cards — the Hall's medal art, square and story formats - Three Home and Lock Screen widgets — Smoke-Free Clock, Body Recovery, SOS Quick Access - Body recovery timeline — from 20 minutes to 5 years, showing general information about how the body typically recovers after quitting (not a health measurement or diagnosis) ■ YOUR MATE Pick one of four mates. Tap the avatar on the home screen for a 30-day series of truths and a daily craving check. The "Spicy Humor" vibe is blunter in a crisis — always going after nicotine, never you. With Premium, your mate also reaches out first around the hours you used to smoke, and crisis conversations unlock: - SOS — the chat you open when a crisis hits, one conversation per crisis - 3-minute timer — time left stays visible on the Lock Screen and Dynamic Island - Victory card — run the timer out, tap "I beat it," and it leaves a card in your archive as proof next time - If you smoked — pick the situation and talk it through. No blame, and it never touches your day count, medals or widgets - Your mate remembers past conversations and picks up from there. What it remembers is sent to the AI to continue the conversation; clear it in Settings ■ PRICING Truth Levels 1 and 2 are free. Level 3 onward, plus crisis chats and the "If you smoked" flow, unlocks with Premium — a one-time purchase, not a subscription, restorable on a new device. It removes ads too. Mate chat costs crackers per message on top of that (2 basic, 3 pro). You get 30 to start; packs are 60, 200, 600. Crackers are consumable, so leftover balance isn't restored on reinstall. The Hall of Records, medals, goal countdown, widgets, share cards and notifications work without Premium. The SOS widget is free to place; its chat is Premium. ■ OUR PROMISE - No rushing you. Nothing is tracked until you set a date. - No diseased-lung photos. No guilt. - You are not a weak person. You were sold a very good trick. Korean, English, German, Spanish — the entire story, in your own language. EasyQuit does not provide medical advice. For treatment decisions or cessation aids, consult a qualified professional.

What's New in EasyQuit

2.4.0

July 24, 2026

Battles now happen in a chat, face to face with the ghost. The last App Store version was 2.0.0, so everything built since then lands at once. [ACT 1 · AWAKENING] · Summon a truth card and your mate answers line by line. Each tap reveals the next line, so you set the pace. · All 34 Act 1 and 61 Act 2 rebuttals were rewritten, each with its own metaphor, and the ghost cuts in mid-answer. · A "Today's counterattack" chip counts how many times you fought back today. It resets at midnight, and skipping a day costs nothing. · Note: Awakening is free through Truth Level 2, Premium from Level 3 — unchanged in this update. [ACT 2 · DEEP PREPARATION] · A dedicated transition leads into Act 2, which is now indigo. Each act has its own palette: mint, then indigo, then light. · The ghost's last test. Press Start Quitting and it throws six false beliefs back at you. If any still hold, it suggests a review — but never blocks you. [ACT 3 · FREEDOM] · Rebuilt the Freedom home screen: glass panels under a full-height mate avatar lay out time smoke-free, money saved, recovery progress and the Hall of Records. · Hall of Records — swipe through five medals: start, 7, 30, 100, 365 days. · When you earn a medal, your mate mentions it on the home screen first. Tap OK and the screen softly blurs as the medal rises. · Goal countdown. Name a personal milestone and it shows on the home chip, medium widget, your mate's messages and share cards, with D-7 and D-1 reminders. · Share cards now use a single template with the Hall's medal art, in square and story formats. · Three Home and Lock Screen widgets — Smoke-Free Clock, Body Recovery, SOS Quick Access (the chat behind it is Premium). · A weekly report from day 7, plus a guided tour right after you quit. [YOUR MATE — CRISIS CHATS] (Premium) · SOS chats are now saved as a separate conversation per crisis. Reopen or delete past ones from a list. · The 3-minute timer shows on the Lock Screen and Dynamic Island, so you can put the phone down and still see it. · Run the timer out, tap "I beat it," and a victory card for that crisis is saved to your archive. Your mate brings it back next time you waver. · Say "just one this time" and the ghost cuts in to answer that thought directly (once per conversation). · If you smoked — pick the situation and talk it through with your mate. No blame, no reset: this flow never touches your day count, medals or widgets. · Your mate remembers past conversations and picks up from there. What it remembers is sent to the AI to continue the conversation, and you can clear it in Settings. · It no longer crams empathy, a lecture, advice and a question into one turn. It speaks briefly and hands the turn back. [NOTIFICATIONS] · "Ghost's taunt" — around the hours you used to smoke, the ghost picks a fight first, and tapping it starts the battle. Free, and you can turn it off. [LANGUAGES] · All 95 rebuttals were rewritten in English, German and Spanish — rebuilt for the same rhythm, not translated line for line. The entire story is now readable in all four languages. · Fixed long-standing bugs: Korean text leaking into home speech bubbles, raw key names showing in notifications, price fields rejecting a comma as the decimal separator, and translations overwritten during sync. [CRACKERS] · Mate chat costs 2 crackers per message on basic, 3 on pro. Packs are 60, 200 and 600; newcomers get 30 free. · If you received welcome crackers back when basic was free, 25 more were added to your balance. · Pro uses a smarter, more attentive model; the difference is explained in chat and on the recharge screen. [ALSO] · A My Profile screen gathers your onboarding answers in one editable place — including cigarettes per day and pack price, once split across two screens. · Fixed unreadable insight text on dark screens, Start Quitting not responding mid-battle, and a Hall of Records caption mismatched with its medal.
