This is the worst shipping app and website I’ve ever used
Shipment never happened
I needed to ship a package from USA to India. Easyship was cheaper than traditional UPS route so I opted for it. Turns out to be a bad decision in retrospect, they filled inaccurate paperwork and the package was eventually abandoned by UPS without being delivered to the recipient.
Customer service is pathetic, keeps giving same templated response, with no escalations, no refunds. Will never use their service in future. It's a spam

A shipping app where you can’t create shipments or get shipping quotes
needs updated
the app is useless right now if you can’t buy labels on it…
