Awful app
This is the worst church tithing app I’ve ever used. It will only allow you to give to the general fund and it will not allow you to print out your donations at the end of the year for tax purposes, the export to PDF button is useless. I’m trying to convince my Pastors to dump this awful service, very unreliable.

System Glitch
I went to pay my tithes and offering and kept getting rerouted without receiving a confirmation. Low and behold my payment processed twice. I tried calling them to let them know they have a system glitch and the rep was unconcerned and told me to call the church for a refund.
Recurring without my consent
This needs to be stopped!!! I hate this new change. I even removed the app and it still takes out my money which isn’t right at all! I am very disappointed!!

Why is it only allowing recurring donations, could you please make an option for one time donation? There was one time donations not that long ago. Now, you only have options for recurring weekly, monthly and bi-weekly. You should enable a manual donation that does not set up an automatic recurring donation

This company is extremely dishonest
I am the bookkeeper for a very small church that was looking for an option for members who occasionally wanted to give online. I received a quote that said:
PRICING $0 monthly fee / $0 Minimum / $0 startup fee / (optional $15/month for Text Giving) plus below transaction fees: Transaction fees on your donations are only: 1.99% Tiered + $0.39 Flat – Debit / Credit Cards or .75 % + $0.39 Flat Rate – ACH (e-check)
Yet, 8 months in, they suddenly started charging $10 for months when there were no transactions. I tried emailing support who would give me no answers other than “there is a monthly minimum and if you don’t meet it, you are charged $10.”
After I sent the quote that I had been given I was told that the agent would “research this” and get back to me. She never did, so I messaged again and got the same response as before.
This company is dishonest - AVOID THEM.
