Awful app
This is the worst church tithing app I’ve ever used. It will only allow you to give to the general fund and it will not allow you to print out your donations at the end of the year for tax purposes, the export to PDF button is useless. I’m trying to convince my Pastors to dump this awful service, very unreliable.

System Glitch
I went to pay my tithes and offering and kept getting rerouted without receiving a confirmation. Low and behold my payment processed twice. I tried calling them to let them know they have a system glitch and the rep was unconcerned and told me to call the church for a refund.
Recurring without my consent
This needs to be stopped!!! I hate this new change. I even removed the app and it still takes out my money which isn’t right at all! I am very disappointed!!

Why is it only allowing recurring donations, could you please make an option for one time donation? There was one time donations not that long ago. Now, you only have options for recurring weekly, monthly and bi-weekly. You should enable a manual donation that does not set up an automatic recurring donation

This company is extremely dishonest
I am the bookkeeper for a very small church that was looking for an option for members who occasionally wanted to give online. I received a quote that said:
PRICING $0 monthly fee / $0 Minimum / $0 startup fee / (optional $15/month for Text Giving) plus below transaction fees: Transaction fees on your donations are only: 1.99% Tiered + $0.39 Flat – Debit / Credit Cards or .75 % + $0.39 Flat Rate – ACH (e-check)
Yet, 8 months in, they suddenly started charging $10 for months when there were no transactions. I tried emailing support who would give me no answers other than “there is a monthly minimum and if you don’t meet it, you are charged $10.”
After I sent the quote that I had been given I was told that the agent would “research this” and get back to me. She never did, so I messaged again and got the same response as before.
This company is dishonest - AVOID THEM.

Missing Transactions
Transactions charged to my credit card do not always appear in the app history. No was to contact the dev from the app.

EasyTithe works great in my browser; however, when I open the app my church cannot be found.
Glitches
Using easy tithe is good. However, recently can not open in either safari to keep using. There is a bug issue that needs to be fixed to make it user friendly.
Easier to use church website
The app does not have a login tab, for frequent users. I have to look up my church every time and then it will allow me to login.
This is more complicated than using our church website, so the app has no value!
Fix this issue and I am sure more users will follow!

Only Works with Safari?
I have used Easy Tithe the past 4 months several times on my iPhone without any issues. It was quick and easy. Tonight I had to switch my default browser from Firefox to Safari because apparently Easy Tithe only works with Safari now. This issue needs to get fixed for me to use it again!
Sign up problems
Signing up is difficult. I can’t tell what is needed in each space. I have to guess. When it comes to money transactions, I don’t want to guess or assume I’m signing up for the site correctly.
Not helpful
Was unable to locate my church on this app, typed in names of old churches I attended kept getting location not found even with exact name, zip and address.
Bugs
Loved the app at first. Then I started having issues that caused the app to quit working. I tried to update but it keeps saying that it “unable to process giving”. This has been going on for a month now and I have no way of contacting someone to resolve the issue
